These terms apply to educational services and website use provided by UniQ Manga Education. By submitting an enquiry or enrolling, you agree to these terms.
Services
We offer manga-related education and guidance. Course content, schedules, and formats (in-person or online) are described at the time of enrollment. We may update curricula to improve quality; material changes will be communicated where practical.
No guarantees
Learning outcomes depend on individual effort, attendance, and practice. We do not guarantee employment, publication, or specific artistic results.
Conduct
Learners are expected to treat staff and other participants with respect. We may refuse service or remove a participant in cases of harassment, plagiarism, or disruptive behavior.
Intellectual property
Materials we provide are for personal learning unless otherwise agreed. You retain rights to your own original work created in class, subject to any third-party references you incorporate.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, unless mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
